Using peer support in school improvement
Mary Isherwood, headteacher of a specialist support school, shares her experience of working with a small network of schools.
Mary Isherwood, local leader of education
Mary has been the headteacher at Camberwell Park Specialist Support School in north Manchester since September 2006. The school was judged Outstanding by Ofsted in May 2010 and again in June 2013.
More recently, as a local leader of education and head of a school that provides outreach support, her work has broadened beyond her own school into other special and mainstream schools.
